MedLife Primary & Urgent Care Winder

Hello guys, I am reviewing this doctors office. I’m just going to be very honest and blunt. So it is a walk-in office. You have to excuse the time that you’re waiting in the lobby because it is only one doctor. It possibly might have been too. I’m not too sure but I know that Dr. Taylor seen me apologize for my weight and was five star all across the board. When I first came in, it was a bit of a confusion about my method of payment. But Anisha got me right. Then at check out Olivia provided five star service with her fixing the payment machine and being able to print out my summary. Thank you guys. We can’t treat humans like robots. We have to be patient when they are working as fast as they can to get us in. I will recommend this office to any up and coming patients that need to be seen

When I first walked in Gabby greeted us with a smile and was so sweet to me and my family. She was so helpful and very efficient. As I was checking out Celine was also very sweet and helped me in getting the right medication for my daughter. I DEFINITELY RECOMMEND this urgent care. Very professional sweet young ladies. We will return!

Celine at front desk greeted me with the nicest smile. Grace the PA took the best care of me and made me feel so comfortable. She is the BEST. William, hannah and faith are amazing group. I had a great experience at this urgent care. From the moment I walked in, the front desk staff was welcoming, kind, and efficient. The wait time was much shorter than I expected, and the entire process felt smooth and organised. Safia was really nice!

Please read: it is long but it is a major warning!!!! I have had multiple issues with this office. I went in for a sick visit and was told I could not be seen until I paid the balance. The balance was incorrect so I was waiting for communication from the billing department. I paid a partial balance to be seen. The issue took a month to resolve. The management staff blames the billing and says they are 3rd party. I then returned because the original doctor I saw in December recommended I come back for some long term treatment. I called to reschedule and he was no longer there. I scheduled my annual and trusted another doctor could help me. I went in January 2nd for my annual exam. I scheduled a follow up with the doctor to review the blood work. I get a call a couple days later stating they
