I want to express my profound gratitude and commendation for the exceptional care my daughter received during our recent visit to this urgent care center.I particularly wish to highlight the outstanding dedication and compassion of NP Sheri. Her gentle and empathetic approach immediately put my daughter at ease during a very difficult time. She took the time to explain everything clearly and treated my daughter with such kindness that it made a significant difference to her comfort. What truly impressed me was NP Sheri's commitment to her patient; she generously stayed beyond her scheduled hours as we were one of the last patients of the the day to personally administer an IV, ensuring my daughter received the critical care needed to start feeling better before we left. Omg!! Dr. Shari and Nurse Latonya was awesome. I came all the way from DC undiagnosed. Only to be diagnosed with slight pneumonia. Nurse Latonya, knew just what I needed. She was great. She was very welcoming and warm. She made me feel welcome and treated me like family. The same with Dr. Shari. Dr. Shari even treated me for other medical issues as well. She requested a follow up all the way from DC. I thank God for the both of them. Kudos on a job well done!! I’ll be back. Run to this place. You won’t be disappointed 🤗

I have a lot of respect for the medical field, however I expect it to be reciprocated. I went in around 5:30, I was seen close to 6:00. They close at 8, so i’m assuming they were just ready to go ? Because the majority of my visit was spent just sitting there waiting in the exam room. They asked me three separate times if I had a urine sample taken and when they finally came into have me give the sample I went back into the exam and room where I waited another 20 minutes for a nice nurse to come in and ask me “has anyone even been back in here?” to which i replied no. She apologized for their negligence and then gave me my ER referral which is basically all I received from this appointment. It was definitely a waste of time. I bought my son here for an ultrasound on his liver. I must say that this Medlife location is just as impressive as the one in McDonough. It's obvious that they only hire professional and friendly people.

The women here do an awesome job. They are so kind and caring. They have a very positive environment here for patients and their families. I love that they accept my insurance. I had a hard time finding a place and ended up at this gem. As a Black Woman, it is awesome to receive care by so many awesome Black women in health care who get our unique struggles. Moreover, they provide the sane awesome care to a diversity of patients!
