I love this doctors offices, clean, friendly staff and their are very caring about ppl health. My appointments waiting time is fair, not bad at all because Dr. Persuade spend time to care.

I would say, doctor and nurses are nice but the representative have no idea how to assist patients. You wait hours on the phone just to get them (coz it goes through the call center) and they would give you wrong information. If you have no idea about something transfer to someone to does. Jisss, how difficult is it?😠

Honestly , since Dr. Brown “retired” the place has been very disorganized. I’ve never had to wait longer than 45 mins for my child’s appointment (unless I was walking-in which is understandable). But recently, with his replacement doctor we haven’t been getting the same quality of treatment. They had my 3 yo son and I wait almost 2 hours before getting to actually see the doctor. She was so arrogant and didn’t apologize for having us wait so long while bouncing from room to room. We went for a simple physical to be done for school. It’s a week later and they have yet to still fill out the one piece of paper for his physically as today is his very first day of school. I’ve been going here since he was born, and after I retrieve my paperwork I will not be going back.

The service here is good and the wait isn't too long like some places. Dr. Brown is a great Dr and friendly. He answered all my and my daughters questions and explained everything he was doing to her and made sure she understood. Only down fall is appointments can be a month or more when making one. Best keep the one you get because the next can be months away lol.

The pediatrician and his team is amazing! Dr Brown very helpful and gives you all the answers you would need to know about your baby or kid very knowledgeable.. I would recommend him to any newbie parents..
