MediSav Homecare Pharmacy

More expensive than I was lead to believe, but fast and courteous service.

Awesome place that provides great customer service every time you go in. They’ve been taking care of my parents for decades. Adam and the staff put the customers first. Always choose a place like this over any large name brand pharmacy.

Twice now this establishment has failed to alert me of meds that were "ready" & that were desperately needed. We didn't hand pick them but was thrown into their system when a separate place closed down and the company I work for partnered with MediSav. Highly annoyed because I live far from Fort Smith so trips for meds alone is irritating when I could have gotten them when I was in town 2 days ago

I switched over to this medisave location and dropped off two prescriptions and returned two days later on Sept-2-22. I pulled up to the drive-thru window and the older woman at the window just stared off into space and didn't say anything?...it was very bizarre behavior?? Then she laughed and asked for my information at which time I informed her I would be paying with cash. She returned and tried to charge me over $50 for a $9 dollar 30 day supply of Trazodone, then the pharmacist came to the window to argue it was some how my fault?? And on top of that they only gave me one of the two prescriptions I was there for and so I continued to wait for the second medication. A very weird interaction with the staff...I still don't understand what their problem was?..but I do understand I will N

I love the staff at this pharmacy. They all know who I am and know that I pick up for my adult children. Anytime they have someone new they will tell them who I am and who I pick up for.. So the next time I am there the new person recognizes me when I walk in. The only downside is their hours but overall I really like the pharmacy and have been a client for more than 10 years
