Such a great experience here! The staff are all incredibly sweet and efficient. Norris especially stood out—he was funny, kind, and made me feel comfortable right away. I’m so glad this place is nearby because I’m always able to get things done quickly instead of waiting weeks at my provider’s office. Definitely recommend!

I made an appointment online (easy). I got there on time and no one was in the waiting room. Others arrived after me (with no visible signs of trauma) and were called in first. I waited 20 minutes. The nurse was nice enough. I needed and EKG, but unfortunately wore a dress (my fault), but the only garment they had for me to put on was a paper (which is fine) “gown” which could be better described as a crop top. As  I waited, half naked, I heard the doctor and nurse outside the door first talking about the fact that I had worn a dress, then about how they couldn’t believe the cost of the test, and none of it was in a positive tone. AFC Pleasanton is by far one of the best urgent care facilities I've ever been to. The office is always clean, the staff is always friendly, the wait is never too extensive and the doctors are there to solve problems and make sure you get the proper care. Dr. Brooks took care of me right away, prescribed me what I needed and was very attentive, she is a rare gem in the medical field. If you live in the Pleasanton/Dublin area I highly recommend visiting AFC urgent care for your medical needs.

I visited this urgent care this morning for a bladder infection and needed to be seen quickly. The check-in process was efficient, and since I was the only patient at the time, everything moved very fast. I was in and out in under an hour, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, my experience took a negative turn after I provided a urine sample. While I understand that staff need to discuss test results, I don’t think the medical assistant realized that patients can hear conversations happening outside the room. She made comments about the color of my urine to another staff member, and at one point I clearly heard her say “ew.” This made me feel extremely uncomfortable and exposed during an already vulnerable situation. Additionally, the overall bedside manner of the staff was lacking. None

The staff was outstanding! the woman whi greeted was a huge help in getting me updated and helped me to complete the check in requirements. she was very nice and personable. the doctor was also very nice, professional and informative. a great experience for the 2nd time in 2 yrs. i really appreciate the service. thank you
