I had an excellent experience at this urgent care thanks to Physician Assistant Steve. He was professional, attentive, and took the time to really listen to my aunt Carme. Steve explained everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made sure wefelt comfortable with my treatment plan. It’s rare to find someone who combines medical expertise with such genuine care for their patients. I truly appreciate the outstanding service and highly recommend this urgent care. Also, the front desk was nice.

Very disrespectful staff. Was taking a business call and told the clerk I need a couple minutes and they were very disrespectful. Seemed like they weren't looking to.work more interested in watching movies. Will.be call corporate office to report. Speaking to me like I'm a child.

Medicus on Mulberry street is a wonderful place! It’s very clean and nicely maintained. All of the staff are wonderful and attentive. There’s hardly ever a long wait. Would absolutely 10/10 recommend!

I got treated better than the express care at my primary care Dr!! I'm visiting out of state and Googled up Urgent Care in the area and came here based on the reviews! Let me say that the staff here are absolutely AWESOME and they ACTUALLY find what is going on!! So glad I came here and if I need to come back while I'm still visiting, I definitely will!!
