I wish I could give this pharmacy a good review but the lady at the window today forgot my husband's important meds. with 10 minutes to spare before they close luckily I was able to catch her mistake on time and whipped around the drive through to get it.She said she forgot. He would have had to go without his med after they closed because.. she forgot so I guess she forgot how to do her job too.. They never sent me a text that our meds were ready today either, which I thought was rather odd since another time before the other rude lady I dealt with, demand I go by when they send us a text notification and that was when to come by. Medi Center Pharmacy in Carterville is a great place to do business for your Pharmacy needs. Newt is a good man and an even better pharmacist. They all are professional, courteous, and caring. I was a bit concerned when they switched ownership because Fred ran a family oriented pharmacy. I was pleased to find out the new ownership was just as good. I would recommend Medi Center Pharmacy to anyone who may need their services.

I used to use Walmart or Kroger….they were rude, & treated customers like drug addicts….i love the small town pharmacy been using this pharmacy for many years, they are kind, fast & treat customers with care….they are rarely out of meds & if they have partial orders….the rest are available next working day!!! I feel like I am going to my family’s house when I pick up my prescriptions, they know my name, & seem to be in a good mood every time I go pick up…..I will recommend them to everyone I know….my girlfriend even changed pharmacies to start coming here!! Thank you for your great, fast & efficient service!!!! I actually love you guys!!!!

I am most pleased with the convenience of the delivery service. The driver is a kind person who puts up with my talkative grandson and my scary looking but over friendly dog. They deliver as promised and I have one less thing to worry about. I would recommend the Carterville location to anyone who needs fast and reliable service. I have spoke to many of the staff there and they are all friendly and most helpful.

I have problems with Natalie getting my prescriptions filled on time, which is important for my medical condition. The other pharmacist is much more helpful to talk to, as he has a pleasant disposition. The recent message when called was excessively long and sounded like they were observing Memorial Day a week early, and even my friend called and was confused as to why I could not pick up my prescriptions. I'm sure other people thought the same thing. It would be nice to have my prescriptions filled after my doctor sends them in with plenty of time to be ordered, but Natalie tells me that she needs to be called and reminded to fill them on time again. More professionalism is needed because I have many medical conditions requiring that they be promptly filled, as most are the same each mo
