Medicap Pharmacy

Derek and his staff are always polite and ready to help. You might have to wait a little while for your refill.But it's worth it. Just knowing you can trust Derek and his staff to get your medications right. Just want to say thank you to Derek and his staff for all that they do.

The gals were great and I loved the drive-thru service. However I stopped using this pharmacy as hated having bible verses thrown in my face by the owner. If he wants to preach, he should go find a church somewhere.

I came to Medicap because I am new to the area and hoped to find a new pharmacy. I got to the pharmacy to pick up my meds and they said they could not find my insurance. I handed them a card but they said that it was expired. I asked the girl if she could please contact the pharmacy that they came from because they have it in record. This rude woman rolls her eyes at me, does an over exaggerating sigh, and says I guess so very rudely! I was pissed! I called the pharmacy myself standing right there and told my old pharmacy that this new pharmacy could not find my insurance and that the girl behind the desk was super rude to me and I wanted to get out of there asap. Derek is an amazing example of a good and kind human being!!! He truly cares about the well-being of all of his customers!!!
