Medicap Pharmacy

Constant problems with this pharmacy. Failure to communicate seems to be the biggest problem. Misplaced or delayed scripts, lack of proper communication as to when things are ready, very slow filling times, pretty much lacking in empathy. Sorry they can't find me there but it is the correct pharmacy; I drove by it everyday for over 5 years and just picked the prescription up there that has been lost and delayed. 3rd time I believe....

Medicap rocks! If you need compounded medication for your pets, these folks aren't just filling prescriptions, they care. The pharmacist was concerned with how my old dog was responding to the medication and wanted to be sure she was comfortable and offered multiple ways to make that happen. Exceptional customer service and care for animals.

The pharmacists and staff here go above and beyond every single time. They genuinely care about their patients and make the process smooth and stress-free. Couldn’t ask for a better pharmacy!

I love this place. Always has what I need & everyone there is so nice & friendly. You don't have to wait forever to speak with someone...real person on the phone & not a lot of wait time n the drive thu. My dog even LOVES it because they always have a snack for him! Good, kind & trustworthy pharmacy!

Professional, friendly service by all staff that helped me. I was able to use online appointment calendar to get next day, Covid-19 rapid testing to meet travel requirements. Pharmacist Payne came out to my car to watch me administer the test and he returned to discuss the results, deliver documentation.
