Medicap Pharmacy

Been using Medicap for a few years now with no issues! I love that I get texts when a prescription is ready, and that I can refill with the app. Love chit chatting with them when I come to pick up, and my kids love to go with me because they know they’ll always get a sucker. 😂

The woman working here (blonde, red apple watch strap, tattoos both arms and hair back) straight up lied to us and said we had to call the doctor AND their location to fill a prescription, we didn't have to do that last time and have never had to do that at any previous pharmacy. She was extremely rude in saying so, refused to check their records or requests, and when we mentioned that she was not communicating effectively or kindly, she slammed the door in our faces. None of us will be back to this branch. Don't work in healthcare if you have no compassion for the people you are paid to help. She also does not ask for IDs when distributing controlled substances.

I think the staff is wonderful I’ve been going to Medicap for many years and have always had a pleasant experience I highly recommend them as your pharmacy

Some of the pharmacists here are awfully rude and short with the patients/customers. I understand it’s a demanding job, but almost every time I’m there, I’m met with impatience and an attitude. Wouldn’t come here.

Generally had some good service here, but today the employee who helped me was downright rude. Clearly inconvenienced and bothered by my request. I had a legitimate concern, so their behavior was unprofessional. Suffice to say they lost a customer!
