Medicap Pharmacy

I’ve always appreciated this pharmacy. I have been getting prescriptions filled with them for 18 years for myself my kids and my grandkids. They are very friendly and they come to know you. After Recently dealing with my husband‘s pharmacy at a nearby chain grocery store, I have come to further appreciate the amenities at Medicap. I like the easy access of the reach out drawer at the drive up. I like the fact that they communicate with you on the status of your prescription. At the store my husband uses, you just don’t hear about it unless you go and ask them about it. Then they’ll say oh we didn’t have that we’re awaiting a shipment. I love this pharmacy! The staff is amazing. They fill scripts quickly, and have the option of a 24/7 kiosk pickup, as well as a drive thru. They are frequently busy at the times you would expect (right after work, lunch, etc.), but this never stops them from providing excellent customer service.

Julie and the grimes Medicap, is HORRIBLE. We moved from Madrid where the local pharmacy was incredible. We have been waiting on type 1 diabetic medication, needles, and a CGM ( since June 3rd) it’s now June 24th and we are just now being informed they don’t take our insurance. Now sure why it took them nearly 3 weeks to figure this out and they continued to play games with us. They withheld my husbands medication and basically held us hostage until they gave us answers . Walmart won’t do the CGM and we can’t submit to another pharmacy without messing up the others system. It’s absolutely deplorable to waste our time, delay my husband from getting life saving and required medication for weeks!! Do better. One medicap should not have such a different experience from another!

Very happy I switched, wish they had a closer location but worth the drive . Individual pill packets are extremely handy .
