Pharmacy is great. Super helpful and efficient. Now coffee bar is another story. Waited on by unsmiling, unresponsive teenager today. She never asked what I wanted just stood there, never acknowledged our order, plunked it down (it was correct at least) and seemed shocked when the person I was with also ordered. Same non response. None! Last visit another teenager responded with Huh? when we ordered. Oh dear. Coffee is good but……….

Cascade, Idaho residents have been looking forward to having a pharmacy in town ever since the old Watkins pharmacy burned to the ground back in 2022. A week ago (February 2024) Medicap Pharmacy opened their doors and residents are excited! The pharmacist and staff have been very busy transferring patient's prescriptions back to Cascade ever since. Their Grand Opening will be on the first of March!! I've been to Medicap 3 times since they opened their doors and have had first-rate customer service during each visit. The employees made me feel welcome and valued as a customer, offering to explain the details of my prescriptions each time. They took the time to get to know me and made me feel welcome and in good hands. They're off to a great start and I recommend them highly!

Always friendly and great to work with; the service is excellent! I’ve had a few issues with insurance, but they always manage to resolve them, ensuring I receive the necessary medications. I'm very grateful for the entire team.
