Medicap® Pharmacy

This pharmacy is wonderful! I use them for my pets’ meds. They even went above and beyond and called me after their regular hours to make sure I got my questions answered. :-)

We recently switched from a chain pharmacy to Medicap when I needed a medication compounded. I've never had such exceptional, kind and personalized care and customer service from a pharmacy before. Pauline is INCREDIBLE. We pulled into the drive through 1 minute before the pharmacy closed and Pauline took time to answer all my questions, chat with my daughter, and helped me to go from frazzled and stressed to the max to feeling cared for, seen and heard as a patient and customer. I would recommend Medicap pharmacy to anyone!

I drive past other pharmacies to use this Medicap, because the personal attention and commendable service is unlike any pharmacy I've used. We've moved quite a bit, and this has forced us to have a long list of experience with many different businesses, and we have never known customer service as wonderful as the kind we found at this Medicap.

The staff at Medicap are all very nice and helpful. Haven't really compare drug prices with some of the " biggies", But the personnel and Medicap make transactions there easy and smooth. Only reason I couldn't give them five stars was because the hours of operation are quite limited.

I had a problem with a flex spending account. Pauline was quick and thorough fixing the problem. I can't say enough good things about the staff!
