Medical Village of Orlando

Last year, my 4yo had scary symptoms when we were visiting Orlando as foreign tourists. We were taken in charge quite fast, the doctor was super reassuring and gave us helpful advice for the rest of the trip. All is good for my child! I even got a follow-up call one year later last sunday. I wasn't able to pick up the call, but wanted to say thank you again!

Took a friend and her 3 kids we waited more then 2 hrs while the doctor sat at a desk the whole time. The nurses are very friendly compassionate and caring but its harder for them to do there jobs with a doctor like that. Fond another office this place ain't worth it.

Worst place to bring your children, and this is giving the place a chance for about 4 months. It’s always dirty and the nurses, receptionist and the Doctor himself are rude. The main one would be the receptionist who doesn’t greet you unless you are/or speaks Spanish descent, he’s doesn’t do his job at all, so the other workers have to pick up his slack. Just go some place else cause it just not worth you or your child’s time.

Terrible service. If you plan to go here plan to waist your entire day here for less than 5 minutes with the doctor. Also if you go here and change doctors, don’t think on mentioning that to them. The won’t accept you to go to their office even tho your insurance says that is your doctor. Also is terribly dirty, there is gum on the carpet, the beds are broken... just do a favor to your self, go somewhere else

This is one of the worst doctor clinics I’ve ever been too in my life, low class and low level on every single way, sometimes I’ve called on a Monday at 10 am and nobody answers the phone to even make an appointment… don’t even waste you’re time. One of the two doctors in the Clinic doesn’t even have his credentials updated so my insurance couldn’t even let me be assigned to him…
