Medical Urgent Care

I visited this location to have my daughter checked out, and the staff was so kind. My daughter was uncomfortable; the doctor she had was a male and he made sure she was comfortable and respected her boundaries. The waiting room and check up room were clean as well. The wait time was not bad either; we were in and out within 30-40 minutes since there were a couple of people ahead of us. I feel bad that I didn't catch the names of all the medical personnel who checked my daughter, but I want to thank them for their professionalism, promptness and kindness ❤️

I really love this place. I'm a single dad with twin daughters, so I work a lot and don't go to the doctor a lot. When my girls are under the weather, we come here to check them out. The nurses know them by name and always go above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and at ease. Special thanks to everyone that works here. Sorry it took so many years to leave a review! I brought my 5 month old here for congestion, they wasnt very friendly & was very slow! I left with the doctor starting him on 3 medications, took him to childrens later on just because i didnt want to start him on all that medication so young & was told the medication sent over was wrong and not even for his age. I would not go back here.

Yes, when I came into this establishment, I was greeted very quickly by a nice young lady named Monica, she made sure that all my paperwork was properly showed out, as well as helped me with it. She came from behind the counter and helped me that means a lot to me, and she also showed a lot of interest in the rest of the clients or patience. I should say in the business I noticed her hospitable attitude and positive, which I was not having a great day that day and she truly brightened my day. I came in two weeks later and decided I would need to get a follow up.
