Medical Pharmacy South

This is a very delayed review but it’s been on my list to do… I was in the third before the 4th of July I believe. I was trying to refill a script for my dog for a pain reliever… he was dealing with cancer before he passed. I went to the pharmacy that I originally filled at and they had closed a minute before I got there and recommended Medical Pharmacy in osgood. There wasn’t a certain code on the script. The pharmacist was so compassionate. At this point it was about 15 before they closed. She went above and beyond and called multiple people to see if they had my vets code. She got it done and i didn’t have to go a full weekend with my dog in pain. I’m sure she was ready to go since it was 4th of July weekend but she seemed not bothered at all. She was amazing:)

Staff there is great, but the older "prescription delivery man" is exceedingly rude, abrupt and impatient. Not a good experience at all. :(

Even when super busy, they'll still get your meds in about 5-20 minutes. They recognize me and know my name now lol Not the greatest thing considering what I'm there for, but I appreciate them welcoming me when they see me, regardless.

Just finished up at an appointment, and as I’m getting into the car, they call to let me know my prescription is ready. Switching to Medical Pharmacy South was easily one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. Hands down, the best pharmacy in town!

I probably shouldn't be telling everyone that they are great at their jobs. I did not realize how wonderful they are, until I had a single nightmare prescription at a different pharmacy. Professional! Wonderful staff!!
