Medical Park hospital

I thought this was an E.R. hospital, so I called to ask what the wait time was because I am a mother to a newborn child and was dealing with chest pain. I did not have anyone to leave my child with. The coordinator who took my call was very rude and unprofessional and said that “they stopped giving out wait times 5 years ago…” then he went on to say it didn’t make sense that i would ask that, which to me is very unprofessional and untrue because if at one point they did give out wait times, why would it not make sense to call and ask to be directed to an E.R with a shorter wait time. I don’t get how he could say that to me after I explained how much pain I was feeling; it was just so rude & unprofessional. I searched it up, and that is entirely normal. Great hospital and staff. Wife has been here a few times over night and I can say this one of the best hospitals we have been too.

From the time you walk in you are greeted with a smile and courteousness. The check in lady was super nice as well as the lady who checks you in for going into the back. The financial lady was nice also. If I could do all my surgeries at Medical Park I would. The nurses, anesthesiologist and the Doctor had great bedside manner and they explained it to you as to where you could understand what was fixing to happen. The place was super clean. When going home, what I could remember, they were just the same, even my husband said the same thing about them. Great place to go for minor surgery. Thank you Forsyth Medical Park! Your team is phenomenal!

Haven't had any lately. But I know it's an awesome facility with a great staff.

Had kidney cancer and you couldn't ask for a better team than what I had.
