Medical Office Building 500 at Northside Hospital Gwinnett

Only thing i have to say is I'm utterly disgusted by this pre surgery office and this hospital system. My mom had a pre surgery appointment for her eyes as she's elderly. To preface she's also in a wheelchair. Prior to making the appointment we asked if my mother's bariatrics wheel chair would fit. They confirmed. We arrived had to pay for a shuttle and wait for an hour just to get told they refused to take her appointment cause she's in a wheelchair. I'm disgusted and my mother's disability was heavily discriminated upon and will be looking into legal action. Also to make ot worse my wife took a day off work for this so we've lost a day of wages.

My actual professional experiences were perfectly on point. I never have difficulty parking near the entrance. My only issue is the major construction going on throughout the entire Northside Hospital complex! That coupled with Google Maps' awful directions for its poor GPS quality has twice in a row sent me to the wrong buildings! That said, because of the warm professionalism that awaits me once I've arrived inside the Dr's office, it's worth the inconvenience and because I wouldn't trade Dr Bruner for all the bags of gold someone tried to hand me! I can put up with construction until it's complete however I guess I estimate year(s) down the road it takes.

My advice is go the day before your appointment so you will know where you are going on the day of your appointment. Don't even bother trying to use your GPS, because it's useless. Entrances and exitts and buildings are poorly marked. And don't bother trying to ask any of the staff, doctors or security where you're going because they won't even stop or acknowledge you. Hopefully, I will never have to return here.

PAM the front desk lady is very unprofessional and super rude! Always speaks to patients like she has an attitude and annoyed! If you dislike your job Pam you can always apply elsewhere but us as patients will not continue to tolerate such rudeness from you very longer!

Horrible parking situation, avoid.
