Medical Massage Clinic

I have been to many medical massage clinics over the years, and this is by far the best experience I’ve ever had. I suffer from chronic pain and have multiple joint replacements, so I’m very particular about who I trust with my care. Lisa is the most talented, knowledgeable, and attentive massage professional I have ever worked with. She understands the body on a deep level and adjusts her approach with precision and sensitivity. The entire staff is warm, welcoming, and professional. Both locations are immaculate, with a comfortable atmosphere and perfect temperature every time. I consistently leave feeling significantly better, and they have helped me recover from multiple sports-related injuries. I cannot recommend this clinic highly enough.

I absolutely love this place! They have two locations and both offer a great variety of massages and services. The staff is always pleasant and welcoming, and the massage therapists are truly top notch. I always leave feeling relaxed and refreshed. Highly recommend for anyone looking to reduce aches and pains or simply relax and pamper yourself!

I've seen 2 different therapists, Amy and Amanda. Both are great and really take time to listen to your concerns to better help you and get the most out of your massage. I feel very comfortable there. They have 2 different locations Spotsy and Falmouth. Been to both. I prefer the falmouth location due to distance from my house but both are exceptional and have plenty of parking and comfortable rooms. Both locations are in busy traffic areas during rush hour times so plan accordingly. Im very happy I found Medical Massage and great therapists to help with my chronic neck and back pain after military, car accidents and babies.

I went to see 2 different therapists at 2 different times and unfortunately, based on my experiences I wouldn't recommend this place. I saw Shannon once. She called me back at the appointment start time, even though I showed up and waited 15 mins prior to. So it seemed like my table time was cut down to only 50 mins vs the 60 mins I booked. I also felt like the massage lacked the pressure I preferred (even with me asking her a couple times to go deeper) and it seemed like she didn't have the training or experience I was looking for in a therapist. I have been coming here weekly for six months to help manage my chronic pain. The staff are all amazing and so kind to me — they often check me in before I even walk in the doors because they recognize me after all this time! Amanda, my massage therapist, is a miracle worker. I used to see her at the other location but followed her when she moved to this one, even though it’s further from my house. She has helped take my chronic pain to excruciating to mild, and she is so encouraging and uplifting. She’s given me great advice to manage the pain on my own. She also goes above and beyond, always learning new modalities and techniques to help me. She even taught my husband some techniques to help manage my pain when I am in a flare.
