I agree that Adele is a hidden gem. She is a highly experienced and knowledgeable masseuse. She did an amazing job with helping to relieve the tight muscles and nerve pain in my hip with just the right amount of pressure needed. Highly recommend her.

What a hidden gem Adele is! No frills massage location with an AMAZING masseuse. Space is very soothing and Adele herself has a very calming vibe. Went in due to chronic migraines and upper back/shoulder tension. Adele was wonderful at addressing the physical symptoms, as well as educating on what was causing the migraines and how to reduce them. She also addressed up the tension in my facial muscles and knew I had TMJ without me even mentioning it. I will definatley be back and referring a friend or 2.

Amazing massage place. Adele is wonderful. My back feels so much lighter. I suffer from tightness all over. She made sure to hit all my pressure points. She is amazing. Will comeback!

This wasn’t one of those massages that feels good in the moment and fades 10 minutes later. This was the real deal the kind where you’ve got some knots to breathe through, but the relief afterward is undeniable. The price was a bit more than I expected, but it was absolutely worth every dollar. I even tipped a little afterward because the quality of the work truly deserved it. My only regret? Not booking a full hour. But now I know I’ll definitely be back. If you’re looking for a massage that actually works the tension out of your body and leaves you feeling looser, lighter, and realigned, this is it.

I had my first visit with Adele today and was extremely impressed. She was very thorough in checking where I was experiencing issues and what I was wanting to achieve in sessions. The massage she gave me was very much needed, and I was so grateful that she focused on my problem areas so I could get relief. She checked that the pressure was okay often, and was happy to adjust as required. She was happy to give advice on all the questions I had, and I will definitely be returning - thank you for helping me Adele!
