Medical City Frisco

Not the most enjoyable stay at the this hospital. When it took three different people to put an iv in, I knew it was going to be a terrible stay. My surgery was late and my night nurse Anny was so sweet but seemed overwhelmed and overworked. They seemed very understaff. In the morning wasn’t different either, no bathroom tissue in my bathroom, no complimentary food for my spouse, no toiletries for showers, absolutely nothing. The food was horrible but most hospital food are lol. Every one seems like they didn’t communicate with each other or read my chart. I was told two different things with two different doctors. They were trying to keep me another night but I was more than ready to get out of there and suffer in my own home. Just had surgery 3 weeks at Medical City Lewisville and it was

I just had a major surgery With Dr Eldon Hopkins and his team at Medical City Frisco. Phenomenal! I will always choose to come here. He and everyone I dealt with here...just kind, caring and professional. So many people went out of their way to ensure I had what I needed and what I wanted. Service with a smile and truly caring about me. I could go on and on. I had the A team in each and every experience. Thank you!

Our family cannot say enough good things about the nurses and staff at Medical City Frisco, especially the ICU team. This was our second time being admitted to Medical City Frisco following my wife’s double mastectomy with DIEP flap breast reconstruction, and once again, we were met with nothing but compassion, professionalism, and unwavering support. This was her second surgery, and during an incredibly emotional and stressful time, the care we received truly made all the difference. We would especially like to thank Eni and the nurse who took over after her (sorry, we didn't catch her name)—both were absolutely amazing. Nurses, doctors, anesthesiologist, food. Everything! Just wonderful. Will be back there for my second TKR in a few days and know where I’m going I’m in excellent and caring hands! Going there and having no worries is one of the most important way for success in my recovery! 🫶

I recently delivered my baby at this hospital, and I had a truly wonderful experience. The entire team was supportive, caring, and professional from start to finish. The epidural staff nurse was excellent, and during my delivery, Nurse Chantie was incredibly helpful. Her guidance, especially with pushing techniques, made my normal delivery smooth and comforting. I am very grateful for her support. I also want to thank the discharge nurses — Mary, Cary, and Kathy for their kindness and assistance during my stay. The lactation nurse was also amazing and provided great help. A special thanks again to Chantie and to everyone who took care of me and my baby. I really appreciate all your kindness, hard work and compassion
