Medical City Fort Worth

I was transported for gall bladder, pancreas, and stomach issues from my local hospital. The nurses and doctors were above and beyond wonderful. They always made sure I was ok and comfortable. The doctors were very thorough. The nurses helped out and took great care of me. I was admitted Tuesday- 2/17 and discharged Friday- 2/20.

10/10 excellent care! came into the ED and everyone from the unit clerk, valet staff, patient care tech, paramedic, nurses, imaging, evs, and the providers were over the top amazing! The place was extremely clean and Everyone was very thorough and attentive not to mention I was seen immediately upon check in! I was very nervous and in severe pain upon arrival and feel like the staff went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and well taken care of! Even as someone with small veins my nurse Sara got it first try and it did not hurt one bit and everyone was very kind and reassuring! My pain was managed immediately in triage and I was checked on every couple of minutes by everyone apart of my care team, I was very informed of my care throughout my stay and my discharge education w

I just wanted to thank Anthony Perkins. He is the gentleman who handles the valet parking for patients. He was so kind and helpful while my husband had to undergo a lobectomy to remove lung cancer. He’s always smiling and caring and just makes visiting a loved one a little bit easier. He’s just a bright light in such a dark time for so many people. Thank you Anthony. You are a blessing!

I am so pleased that my surgery was done at Medical City Ft Worth. Everything about the hospital and the procedures they oversee is organized to the smallest detail with one thing in mind - outstanding care for every patient. Although everyone who assisted me during my stay was great, I must take this opportunity to give additional praise to two nurses on the cardiac floor, LaShanda and Shalewa. They were extremely competent and efficient while also being helpful and very kind. They were true angels and I could not have asked for better care.

Valet — amazing. A hundred stars, Anthony Perkins I believe was his name immediately saw how stressed I was, took over and handled everything for me, gave me a time to meet him by so I could gather my items and find my car. He made me feel seen, and very cared about. The care for this hospital started before I even walked through those doors, the care at this place started with Anthony Perkins, valet driver. Give him a raise PLEASE. The medical team here as well has been very attentive, supportive, and helpful through our stay here. The team definitely loves their job and their patients and it shows through their work. Thank you to dr. Patel and his team for taking care of my husband, you guys have done wonderfully.
