Medical City Fort Worth Emergency Room

The hospital and staff was amazing! I stayed about 5-6 day and everyone from nursing to housekeeping were wonderful! One in particular was the housekeeping lady Izeta Evs! She was the most considerate, had a smile on her face while she was doing her job and very lovely lady! You’re lucky to have her employed with you! I couldn’t find the Excellence Award box, so I posted here in photos.

Went today for sinus and sore throat and swollen eye from allergies. Physician(Snyder) and practitioner (Lacy) and the staff at the ER did an amazing job assisting me and caring for me in a timely manner. Wait time was not long at all. Very friendly and one of the most amazing ER I have visited ever! Exceptional service. Would give 10 stars if I could.

All staff are amazing,caring, compassionate, concerning. They are all so wonderful. Nurses in ER Zane was fantastic.moved us up to a room about 2 in the morning,night nurses shamaway, Sarah,Jasmine so caring an lovely. We had a ton of nurse's and they were all wonderful Sarah in CVICU, wonderful,great person, love her. We have Angel, Simone, faith, brad, Jessica,ragul, kia, Derek pt, the one girl that talked a lot with blond hair (I forgot her name lol). They were all fantastic, all have amazing strengths and compassion for what they do. We consider them all Angels. Dr. Shsh, Dr. Nazarian, Dr. Ayo, Dr. Diebar. All amazing. Thank you medical city ft worth.

This is a great hospital. The staff is friendly though I would speed up the process & not make the patients ESPECIALLY in ER feel as if this is your job. A mondane position that they have grown used to. They are all friendly but an emergency typically deals heavily in pain. Is overly important to hurry meds for the pain. Last week I also didn’t get a room for over a day & felt uncomfortable sleeping in the hallway overnight while evening & early morning maintenance workers used machines to mop floors & extreme noise in this recent experience. The doctors should also spend more than 3-4 minutes with the patients because often if not every time the docs visit once & often times if not most times they provide different information to the nurses versus the info they go over with the patients.

If i could rate zero i would . 5 1/2 hours 2 blown veins and absolutely no treatment. Reasoning from the dude i believe his name is nathan was that there were other more critical patients but during our hour and a half in the waiting room my grandma and i both heard a nurse say “they let me leave early because its slow” and watched her leave . Never again will I be back nor will i recommend. added pic of my right arm - the first vein blown - hurts and bumped up still pretty bad 2/18/26 1:26 pm edit.
