Medical Center Hospital

Christmas Day & nurses were friendly & acted happy to be here even tho we all know they wish they were at home with their family!! I appreciate the time they spent on me. I thank them al!!!

This is the worst place to take your loved one in an emergency. My wife had a back injury that caused nausea, vomiting, numbing of the legs, and could not move in the worst pain ever. We called 911 and the paramedica took here there. By the time I got there I was surprised to find her on a chair crying in pain I'm the middle of the waiting area. I stood there with here a few minutes and then pleaded with the nursing staff to get a Dr. To see here. They said she was going to have to wait for a room !!!!. I begged them to do something because this was an actual EMERGENCY!!!!!!. WHO knows what happened to here back. Or worse. A few minutes later. I asked again. And they rolled their eyes at me. Then when I pulled up to the front to wheel here out to another hospital , the nurse came out to se

This hospital is one of the worst hospitals. And odessa, the midland has a way better hospital? The staff on the 6th floor does not care. I wanna acknowledge you has no compassion. You can call and call and call them. And they say there will be right there. And they don't show up, not even till it's shift change. I'm one of the nurses. Also it's very rude and does not check-up on you I really hope they do something about this hospital.And I feel sorry for a lot of the patients, if you are ever thinking about going to this hospital go to odessa regional hospital. They are way better and more professional.

Every time I go there the reception and ppl that Take your vitals are always so freaking rude like they hate their job if that’s the case idk why they still work their the only ppl I get along with is the ultrasound ppl but igz that makes sense because their rooms are full of ppl exciting abt their babies anyways they are a waste of time here and take forever I was in there for 2 hours js for 3 tests and they forgot to do one so I had to wait another 30 mins it was so ridiculous js for all the tests to come back negative sooo annoying will be going to a clinic for now on I’ll rather give my money to ppl who gong have attitude the second you walk in and the nurse yelled at me to keep my mask on when the doc clearly had trouble hearing me it wasn’t even fully off the only thing visible was

Past experience test records mixed up, lost blood work. End of last month 96 yr old dad brought in with another hospital saying appendicitis. Transferred to be close to heart Dr. staff did nothing and wouldn’t listen to us trying to give medical history. They just said they know. Claim didn’t get earlier hospital records, so did own test. They said didn’t know why we were transported by ambulance there. The appendix wasn’t bad. So was getting discharged. My dad had accident on bed we informed nurse we would be right back we were running to get underwear, since he had none.nurse said ok we were gone very short time. This was about 430 in morning. We parked first level of parking garage . We got out was walking to er entrance.. before we got to door saw my dad in wheelchair on curb. No sho
