Called for oxygen machine and tank return. On hold for 20 minutes. Tried again. Tavernier didn’t answer. Bloodied my leg trying to get the machine into the office. Have a new hip and am on a cane. Girl says someone was on the way to pickup the stuff. Nobody told me so if you need to talk to these people, go there.

Do NOT use this organization. I called in advance to verify they had, in stock, a specific respiratory CPAP component I needed to replace. They indicated they had it and were open til 5. Hour and a half dive later I arrived to learn they do NOT carry it. Of course I could buy a complete new unit. Deceit.

Medical Care Services Florida Keys/Miami over charged me , followed by sending me to collections a year later because of their record keeping error and here it is 3 months after showing them their error & I am still waiting for a refund.

Very difficult to work with and the cost of buying supplies on insurance is more than paying out of pocket online. The cost of So Clean filtered cartridges are 60 bucks and I was told it would take few weeks to get them. Purchase four of them through Amazon for about $19. Far less stress to purchase online.
