This office was wonderful when Dr. Kholi was there, but unfortunately, the quality of care has drastically declined since his departure. I had an alarming experience with the new office staff — particularly the receptionist — who was extremely rude when I called about a time-sensitive refill for my seizure medication. Rather than assisting me as a long-time patient of Dr. Kholi’s, I was told the office wasn’t accepting new patients and that the next available appointment was eight months away. It felt like there was no consideration at all for existing patients who depend on this medication to manage serious health conditions.
