Just had a great experience here. I was seen promptly and my lab was done quickly. The provider was nice and knowledgeable. I received the proper treatment right away. 2 days later a nurse called me with me results. It was a perfect visit. I commend them. By the way, I am a physician so I know well what a good visit should be.

Came in for something minor to be checked. NP who assisted scared me in to going over to the ER to get all these tests done. Never confirming that it was optional or not. Told me “we wouldn’t want to send you home and you not wake up the next day”. Leading me to think that if I did not go over and run the tests that I would die. I called multiple times - explaining my situation to multiple people who just refer me to someone else. Don’t bother wasting your time because they do not care. They just want your money. Oh and I received another bill - I called in asking what it was for as I had already paid over $2500. It was for the ER visit itself. Which the lady on the phone told me was denied by my insurance as my visit was not “medically necessary”.

We came here last week while visiting from out of town because my significant other had a suspected UTI. While I wasn’t in the exam room with him, I can say I was pleased and impressed with the check-in, promptness of actually being seen, turnaround at the lab and service at the pharmacy. Everyone was very nice and we were in and out in less than an hour - amazing! My partner was very happy with the provider and even got a follow-up phone call from a nurse a of couple days later. We’re retired healthcare (physician and laboratorian) people ourselves, so our perspective has a bit more bias. Highly recommend!

Great experience. Got in immediately on a Tuesday at 1pm to acute care. Receptionists and nurses were great. Dr. Russo was great. Did a thorough evaluation. Knew what I had. What was needed. Checked to make sure of any allergies which is a big deal to me. I've had a nurse practitioner give me the wrong medicine before. Highly recommended.

I was very disappointed in the care I received. Dr Shafer continuously told me she doesn’t know. After getting labs, I was in extreme amount of pain, with tears in my eyes she decided to raise her voice at me after repeating multiple times i don’t know, your blood work is fine, your kidney is fine. I told her I was in a lot of pain and she just said well go to the ER then. After that she said she would put the prescription in to my pharmacy and left the room. I found out the next day that she “forgot” to put it in. Terrible hospitality and didn’t seem to care that I was in pain. I was also there for almost 3 hours.
