The staff is very friendly and helpful. They happen to be the ONLY place in NWA I could find, that had a post surgery item that we had to have for dressing surgical wounds at home.

Horrible. “We won’t be filling for you anymore” doesn’t give a reason too why, I’ve been going through so much with my grandma passing away 2 months ago after taking care of her for almost 2 year. and having to move to another state and I was having hard time getting my medicine and insurance changed and then they treat me like im trash, along with my doctor. Sad I liked them at first but it made me cry by the way I was treated . Thanks medical arts for more trauma. 👎💔

These folks are truly amazing. They never have their heads so stuck in what they’re doing to stop and greet you. Very conscientious of their customers and their specific needs. The store is clean and well stocked. I sometimes feel bad and don’t even want to ask where a product is, because they will invariably stop what they’re in the middle doing to show me where the item is. I hate interrupting them because when I do, I become the most important person in the store. They take time to know you. How rare is that in today’s culture. I know they received the award for best pharmacy in NWA. It is richly deserved.

Great customer service and we were able to get the knee scooter that I really needed for my broken foot. A few other places were out of it, but it was suggested we come here. Glad we did. It's so much easier to use and get around with than using a wheelchair. They have so much more here than just pharmaceuticals and mobility equipment. Check them out if in need of anything.

This is the ONLY pharmacy our family goes to. While other pharmacies take a day or two to fill a prescription, Medical Arts Pharmacy will do it within minutes. They are always the friendliest and will bend over backwards to make sure the customer is fully taken care of. I HIGHLY recommend this pharmacy. They also are a great early voting site and offer quick flu vaccinations. Keep up the great work.
