Medical Arts Pharmacy

I have been a customer of the Medical Arts Pharmacy for many years. I have found them always helpful and courteous. Pharmacists are great to work with. Chuck has always had time to answer any questions I might have. And they know you by name when you walk in the door. Great Pharmacy.

The Medical Arts Pharmacy is the only place that I patronize. No matter what my doctor prescribes me, they always have it. Plus, the staff is exceptional. They know me by name and that means a lot to me. I highly recommend trying them yourself, and tell Julie, I said Hello.

This place is perhaps the WORST pharmacy I have ever been to. 1. They have horrible parking because they are inside of a hospital. 2. They hadn't started working on a prescription that I had sent to them 5 hours prior and I got to wait 30-40 minutes for them to fill it. 3. I had to pick up the remaining part of the prescription the next day and was told it would be ready at 1:00. I called them and told them I should be there at about 3:00 and even had a conversation with the pharmacist about getting flavor added to the liquid meds(which of course they don't do here). When I arrived at 3:00 they informed me that they didn't have the prescription and they would have to have me come back tomorrow. Nobody felt the need to telle when I was on the phone earlier?! 4. Medical Arts Pharmacy personnel are always helpful and friendly. You get the feeling that they are doing their best to fulfill your needs accurately and as swiftly as possible.

I was very disappointed with Medical Arts Pharmacy. They sold me the wrong medication and refused to acknowledge their mistake. Instead, they blamed me for not catching it. If I had not looked at the label and had taken the medication thinking it was the one I was prescribed, it could have put me in the hospital or worse. They have lost my business forever. There are plenty of other pharmacies out there that participate with my insurance I can go to.
