Nice facilities and staff. No issue with the medical service. But they charged an eye popping $3,611 for a routine ultrasound. They charge less than $200 if you pay cash (no insurance). I would have gone elsewhere if they told me the price when I booked an appointment.

NEVER bring your child to the penn medicine medical arts pavilion laboratory (suite 160) to get bloodwork. When I called to schedule, I asked if they had specialists there for infants/toddlers and they said yes. When I got there, I noticed the woman had difficulty with the computer system and asked if she was new or just was working with a new system. She assured me the system was knew and she was experienced with peds. LIES. They had NO IDEA what they were doing and no business trying to draw blood from a 16 month old.
