Medicaid Division

My caseworker is ALWAYS "out for the day." Phone calls are VERY RARELY returned. When a call is returned, you can bet they'll ALWAYS have an attitude & a smart mouth! I understand their job is stressful & they deal with lots of unpleasant people but they made their career choice. If they are miserable working there, find another job.

I was needing assistance with some questions that I had about how certain things affect your Medicaid. I called first and was transferred to a voicemail for Ms. Blaine. She promptly returned my call and was so helpful. I went to the Kosciusko office and met with her and she was most helpful. Thanks Ms.Blaine for being so helpful.

I’ve been ghosted by this office twice now trying to get my sick mother on Medicaid. They don’t answer emails and they’re never in office to take calls. You leave a voicemail, and they never call back. I can’t believe this is how the government works.

Can't even get no one to answer phone 1 ring and then silence..on top of that I got bills from last year and this year Medicade supposed to take up the rest of cost and they failed to do it...I will not pay the bills!

The service is very good but it was difficult to locate using Google maps.
