Dawn is the best salesperson I have ever had in my life. She knows all the merchandise what people need. She has a wonderful personality if you need wheelchairs and walkers and other equipment like chairs for the bathtub and shower and you name it, she'll sell you the best quality. She is one of the nicest people you would ever want to know. Fast forward to Sat. Oct 4, 2025. I forgot my wallet at home. I asked if I could call in my credit card for $118 walker. I was told that when they have done this in the past, people say they never purchased and the order was cancelled--sometimes thousands of dollars. My old walker was in bad shape, so the new one was taken from me and I was told that only the bookkeeper could take a number over the phone. The employee knew me from previous purchases

I called this place in desperation not knowing if they rented to individuals or just sold. They are profesional, kind and they do their utmost best to help you with what you need. The owner was very kind and sent over a brand new … top of the line medical chair ASAP after I explained how another company left me stuck with a disgusting broken chair. Thank you for helping me so quickly… and the installer arrived in a nice truck, presentable.. polite … everything was professional. Best of the Best!
