Medi-Wise Pharmacy

Mediwise is a family owned pharmacy that serves thousands of people. If you go before it says filled and ready, you will wait. The computer fills things in but they aren't humans. I have had excellent service from Jeff the pharmacist to the techs. My husband picks up my meds and does wait some times, but they are so busy!!! Must be doing something right 👍🏻. Careful purchasing anything expensive such as medical devices at this store. Only go here if you have no other choice as we did but didn’t expect the result. Customer service and maintaining their customer base does not appear to be a concern for this store. The policy for returns is strict, be very aware because there is no flexibility. It doesn’t matter if it the item is brand new in the box. They don’t offer store credit even if you are a day in we the 30 day return window. They could care that you are a regular customer who supports this store or if you were ill and unable to process the idea of a return. Too bad you are stuck with the device if you buy here. My suggestion: Walmart is not that far, they ar least have a better customer service model and would offer store credit when y

I am very pleased with the service. My family’s medications are always ready when we go to pick them up. We go inside part of the time but also use the drive through. Everyone has always been friendly and helpful.

I'm switching my Pharmacy because I have waited in the drive up line for over a half an hour AFTER calling and making sure my prescriptions are filled and told they are working on them when I get there. They told me to go through the line again and they would be ready. They also told me my Januvia would cost me over $500 and I only had to pay a copay of around$7. Too many other situations for me to even post.

I always call to make sure my prescriptions will be ready when I show up, we sit and wait 30 minutes or longer just to get my prescriptions that was supposed to be ready hours before I even show up. It truely is disappointing this is the only pharmacy in Newcomerstown and I've never once had a positive experience. Organization and Communication needs improving!!
