FINALLY I found such GREAT Doctors office! First, they have many services in the office - blood work, x ray, EKG, ultrasound and more. It’s very convenient for patients. Secondly, I DIDNT FEEL PUSHED OUT because Dr was in the rash to go to see other patients . He LISTEN to me., he had time for me. It’s very rare… DEAR PEOPLE- PLEASE GO TO MEDI-HELP, you will be pleasantly surprised!

All the positive comments here are spot on. I doctored here for almost a decade (before I lost my health ins) and they are an amazing team. Never hesitated to go when in need of care and always received the most compassionate and attentive service. It is true they make you feel like more than a patient and I trust them above others, hands down. Dr. J and his team are the BEST!

Zero transparency. I called and scheduled an appointment for xrays, no problem. When I arrived for the appointment, I was told they wouldn't accept my PCP's script and that I would have to see their doctor first. What, to get his permission? Why wasn't that explained when I scheduled? It should have been a sign to just walk out, but I was so stressed out at the time, I agreed. They told me it would take several days for the radiologist to review the xrays. No problem. I gave them my PCP's office contact info so that they could share the results. They burned the xrays onto a CD for me, which my PCP's office later told me was useless to them, and for a normal person you cannot access the files without medical software, so. After 2 weeks I had heard nothing from this office or my PCP's offi
