Medford Radiological Group

I was required to prepay nearly $400 just to schedule a CT scan. Before leaving the appointment, I specifically asked whether anything further was owed and was told no. There was no clear disclosure that the scan would be billed separately for technical and professional components. I never received a statement. Months later, my first notice of any additional balance was a call from Resolution Resource, a collection agency, regarding a nominal balance. When I called the imaging location directly, I was referred to another number, then another, and then another. Multiple representatives were unable to locate my account or showed a zero balance. After several calls, someone finally located a charge but stated they could not accept payment and that I would have to deal directly with the coll

As the other reviews have stated, I received a letter from a debt collector (Resolution Resource) that claims they are NOT a collection company and that my account is NOT in default. However, after researching, it appears this is not true. They ARE a collection agency and this is how Medford Radiology Group appears to do business. They send their bill directly to this third party debt collector instead of to the patient. I never received a bill from MRG. VERY shady way of doing business. I don't like it at all. Don't go here if you can avoid it!

Medford Radiology’s billing system is awful! I had an MRI in March of 2025. Never received a bill and had double coverage insurance. Here it is Dec 2025, and I’m receiving calls and letters from a collection agency!! I’m trying to buy a house, I would not mess up my credit for anything. Medford Radiology claims they sent me a statement in Mar and in Aug, I never received. Really shady practices and in the future I refuse to do any business with Medford Radiology again, which is going to be hard, you really need to be proactive and make sure the dr’s won’t be sending imaging to them.

Looks like I’m not the only one dealing with the billing nightmare that comes along with Medford Radiology Group. I got one bill from them for $300 and called them up promptly to make the payment only to be told it was $880. I told them my bill showed three hundred and some change and would be happy to pay it but she insisted I owed $880. I told them to send me a bill which never arrived. What did arrive were text messages and emails saying there was a new bill available so I called them up and after being on the phone for over an hour finally got it resolved with a supervisor and made the payment in full. I requested an email be sent showing the bill was paid on full before we disconnected and he was kind enough to send it over. Thank god it was over. Or was it? Today I get more text mess

There is a rude, non-english speaking person that can't give us a correct answer regarding a bill we have not received, but yet we received an email saying we owed money. We do not wish to have our x-rays or ct scans diagnosed by the Medford Radiology Group ever again, but can't seem to get through to ASANTE accounting to see what are options are for a different Radiology diagnostic group to use.
