MedExpress Urgent Care

Literally waited 3 hours too get checked for an ear infection. Never saw anyone, but everyone is quick too tell you "just a couple minutes". You mean an hour? Just gonna deal with this MASSIVE pain, since nobody wanted too help.

I have a mixed review. They were amazing for ME, but HORRIBLE for my infant. I cannot tell you how UNhappy I am with their treatment of my baby... The doctor that treated me, an Asian man, was incredible. Caring, patient and professional. I was seen quickly and everyone was friendly. When I brought in my son? It felt like I was totally inconveniencing the front desk lady. The nurses were really sweet with my son when taking his temperature and getting his vitals. But then the doctor? He was an older white man, and I can't remember his name, but he was abysmal. He barely looked at my son, literally rolled his eyes when I told him my husband was allergic to penicillin and so I wondered if it were possible to prescribe something else for my son (since my husband would be helping me care fo

My last visit here I went in fairly quickly. I waited awhile once I was back there tho. When i was seen the doctor was amazing. She really focused on me and my issue. I ended up needing a shot and I requested a Tetanus shot as well. The nurse forgot the Tetanus shot and after giving my other shot left me in the room for over half an hour. About 3 weeks later I ended up stepping on a nail. My PCP was out of Tetanus shots and my insurance wouldn't cover me getting it at the pharmacy. None of this would have mattered tho if they had given it to me here when I asked for it.

Brought my daughter in because she was complaining of her ear hurting and running a 103 temp. They took us back fast and we were seen and taken great care of and our of there within 25 minutes. The doctor and nurse were both really nice. Thanks again for you help Med Express!

Last month daughter had a big pimple that was swollen and agitated went in after a wait and it was an in and out with a oral antibiotic. Perfect however today been here since 10 am they said a long wait and its noon without anyone giving me updates. I work and i am clocked out leaving a coworker with two peoples worth of work. I would enjoy a ETA about wait times beside saying it maybe a long wait isn't really giving a wait time.
