Quick! All staff were professional and courteous. Their online registration makes the check-in process easy. Appreciated the immediate notification for a discharge summary, it was in my inbox before we even made it to the car. Definitely my top choice on weekends or when our regular doctors aren’t available.

The staff is friendly, thorough, and makes you feel taken care of. They’re great about testing and explaining everything, especially when you’re not feeling well. The only downside is the wait time—it can take a while to actually get back into a room, especially when you’re being tested for COVID, flu, and strep. That said, once you’re seen, the care is always excellent and worth the wait.

I unfortunately have dealt with respiratory issues on a regular basis in my adult life. Consequently I have been to many of the urgent care facilities in Charleston South Carolina. I have never experienced the kindness, hospitality and genuine concern for my health issues as I did on December 27th 2025. Mandy who was working the front counter receptionist that evening went above and beyond not only to accommodate me but the large Latino clientele as well. She speaks Spanish and so she was very patient with many of the Spanish-speaking patients. Also the medical Tech Sally was extremely kind and compassionate toward my illness as well. Even Dr Ross Stone whom I think that was his name was incredible. Usually you find people in these environments with a really poor attitude.So I am proud to

Everyone at MEDCare was nice, professional and made me feel at ease. Needles and stitches were involved but the medical professionals were so good that I wasn't overly nervous. Despite being very busy, the staff made me feel like I was top priority. I highly recommend!!

Quick, fast and to the point. I highly recommend logging in online before arrival as it's the only way to sign in. If your wanting specific treatment or anything other than the basic first response treatment or have special request make sure you're educated on the treatment you want and take the time to talk to your doctor as it's just a simple fix clinic.
