MEDcare Urgent Care - Mt. Pleasant

I have always had a very positive experience with MEDcare Urgent Care. Even without an appt I’ve been seen in a short amount of time with a busy waiting room. The front desk staff are very friendly with great customer service. The nursing staff are also so nice and professional. The doctors have been the best. They listen carefully, are incredibly friendly and make sure to leave no stone unturned when working towards a diagnosis. I can’t say enough about the care I have gotten there.

The front desk lady was friendly and made check in easy. The med tech, who was also my RT, was pleasant and professional. The NP, Eileen, was the best. She was interested in my medical history, was an excellent listnener and provided a great medical outcome for me. The whole team was outstanding. I hope I get Eileen as my NP next time through.

Nicest caring staff. Lady at front desk so helpful and caring. Didn’t have to wait too long. Guy who checked my vitals and x ray also caring and kind. PA was thorough checked throat, ears and listened to lungs, diagnosed pneumonia, prescribed meds and I was on my way. Advised after finishing meds return for another X ray to rule out any infection. Highly recommend. Thank you to everyone there.

They check you in quickly but get ready to wait over an hour to be seen. If you come here map out about 3 hrs of your day. I got here and it was only one in front of me- it took forever to get called back and be seen. Got skipped to call back- not a great experience.

Compassionate, caring, efficient, and competent. I got sick while visiting from out of state which is the worst. Friends recommended this office. Easy online reservation. Front desk and Samantha were kind and capable. Eileen, my FNP, was wonderful and knowledgeable. Great bedside manner. I felt like I was in very good hands with this team. Prescriptions filled at Walgreens next door immediately. All the things that are important when you are not feeling well. Cannot recommend highly enough. Top notch staff and care. I am home now and feeling so much better. Thank you.
