If I could give this place a negative number I would. I live in town and they were my only doctor. The doctor herself looked me in the eye and said "I'm not your doctor." I had went to her multiple times and so did my spouse. Peggy treats my husband better than me and never gave him issues but didn't want me as a patient and didn't even listen to any of the actual ailments. I took every test and they were always negative so it felt like I was being poked and prodded for income not to be healed. I wouldn't recommend anyone come here unless absolutely necessary.

Very disappointed in my last visit here. I use to like going here but so much has changed & it seems anymore they are always doing telehealth visits & not testing for everything. I didn’t know that’s what it was going to be until I walked in. They only did a strep test & nothing else. I waited for the call of my results and the woman told me the strep test was negative then went on to say that because I had been around someone that had strep there’s still like 60% chance it could be a false negative. She also said there’s a possibly could be flu even though they didn’t even test me for it. She made it seem like the medicine she would call me in would help with both. What she called in for me was amoxicillin which an antibiotic wouldn’t even work/help if it was the flu. I was still feeling

Seeing all the positive reviews on this place, maybe my 1 star is unfair. Maybe if you come in at certain hours, or with an appointment these folks are stellar. Our mistake was thinking an urgent care open until 6pm would accept patients until 6pm. Clearly it was poor planning on our part to have an injury occur at 5pm and live 20 minutes away from the clinic. I have talked to my toddler about respecting other peoples' time and scheduling her shenanigans during normal business hours, but we haven't taught her to tell time yet, so that may not prevent a recurrence. We arrived at the clinic at 5:25pm walked in and told the rather annoyed receptionist that our daughter had a cut on the back of her head from pulling a curtain rod down on herself. Great, friendly, knowledgeable staff. My visits have always been timely. No waiting and waiting to be taken back or for the Physician to see me once in the room. They have always been very understanding with my scheduling and give friendly reminders of your visit a day or so before you're scheduled. They take the time to stop and answer all of my questions. They make me feel like I have a voice in my care and I am able to ask for an alternative treatment plan if im not comfortable with the one explained to me the first time. At first I was unsure of Preston Urgent Care. Now I'm glad I chose to go to Preston Urgent Care, and be one of their patients.

I've only been here twice in the past two days. I started off with congestion and sore throat and then I decided to come back in the following day because I got extremely worse. I would normally just take home medicine and ride it out, but it got bad. Both times I came in, everyone was nice and the doctor was extremely nice. It's nice to have some nurses and doctors in the area that actually seem to care about your situation.
