Horrible customer service! I have been without my meds for over a week. I have a new doctor so had to have new orders. I have been getting the run-around for a week. They say the new orders are incorrect, then they tell my doctor they have everything in order to send my meds. I have been on the phone with them multiple times and not one of the reps took it upon themselves to follow through and get my meds to me. One star is generous.

My 86 year old mother-in-law’s nebulizer stopped working. On December 15th her doctor put in an order for a new machine. She has COPD and needs daily treatments. After multiple calls, she had not received the machine by December 26th. Med4home said the doctor submitted the signature incorrectly. They failed to notify anyone of the issue. My mother-in-law was having great difficulties breathing and started to have a wheezing cough. We contacted the doctor and asked for an alternative provider and received a new nebulizer that day. Unfortunately she was admitted to the hospital on the 27th for breathing issues. Med4home said the issue was a misunderstanding and that they “were doing the best they could.” I would not use this company for critical supplies.

I have experienced no issues with Med4Home. They call me or l call them for refills, new orders placed. All of my questions are always answered and they take time to allow me to saturate their answers. I have been very satisfied on each ontact.

This company and it's parent company, Lincare, are not to be trusted. I have been on COPD drugs for nearly 20 yrs. About 7 yrs ago Med 4 home had an ad on TV where they could furnish equal drugs for a lot les money. I tried it for a few months and their drugs did nothing. That wasn't the problem tho. After about 3 months a lady from Lincare came by my house and informed me my family docotor had ordered an overnight breathing test. I thought this was highly suspicious as he knows they do not work for me. I tried to call him and vewrify it but he was out of town. I told the Oncare technician this was not right and she said if I didn't take the testr, medicare would probably take my coverage away. I took the test and never closed my eyes the whole night. Med4Home has been my only pharmacy that provides me my breathing medications and equipment for 6 years now. They are so much better than Lincare and their customer service is accommodating to my needs. The Representatives are pleasant and always call to check if I'm in need of medications and supplies. I've never run out of medication. About the paperwork, my primary Dr wrote the prescription and filled out all the paperwork for me. I signed it all, and drove right up the road, from his office, to Lincare, where they submitted my claim and made copies of my insurance cards. I too, have Medicare/Medicaid and there was something called open bidding-Lincare wasn't going to be my pharmacy anymore, and when they submitted my claim, it went to various pharmacies who would bid on my claim.
