When my mother's oxygen concentrator failed, Med Resources sent a tech right away to diagnose the problem. Soon after, Mom connected new tubing and the machine started squealing. Tech Trey Moore figured out the problem (a bad connection) and restored peace. In our experience, Med Resources served our needs exceptionally well. We would definitely recommend this company.

The customer service has been hit or miss depending on who answers the phone. Today I had questions about a delivery and was connected to a lady named Cody. She took care of all my issues, found answers to my questions and returned my call within 10 minutes with a solution. She was fantastic and knowledgeable. I have had my faith restored. Since having Oxygen is a pretty timed sensitive thing, it was good to have a solid answer and peace of mind given to me. Solid "10" from Cody!

Ryan Clark has taken exceptional care of my dad’s needs. Making sure our equipment works, that we know how to use it and are always stocked up. Great communication, kindness and he’s attentive even when he should have his phone off! He understands that my dads life depends on his medical equipment and it shows. 5/5!

We were 3 months behind on our payments to Med Resources because of hospital stays, followed by a need for medical equipment that came up suddenly. The equipment was received but we didn't know how to pay for it. Rena, a manager in Georgia helped us understand our Med Resources bill, corrected it for an accidental double billing & removed late fees. All this happened by phone on a Friday afternoon. Rena was understanding of our situation, quickly resolved the issues, was patient with us & very helpful. My family & I give Rena & Med Resources 5 stars. Thank you.
