What a shame. New ownership and everyone’s a rude tool. Phone automation there now too, so that they don’t have to take inbound calls. Welcome back to CVS, folks!

This used to be the best pharmacy around. Now the new ownership has ruined it. Pharmacist is so rude. Staff isn't friendly nor very competent. Will be changing pharmacies ASAP. Avoid this pharmacy now. What a shame

Recently changed ownership and staff. Used to be the best choice around by far, now should be avoided at all costs.

Incredibly great service and professionalism. A vastly better experience than going to one of the big chain pharmacies.

I cannot stress enough that THIS is exactly what a pharmacy should be. I was a lifelong customer of CVS until I spent nearly a year straight trying to fill a monthly prescription there and being told every single month that they were out of stock. No such problems at Med One, but it's more than that. The folks here are knowledgable, compassionate, and helpful above and beyond expectations. I end up feeling like I was visiting a friend rather than a place of business. If you're considering a pharmacy switch from corporate America to small business, I guarantee you won't regret it.
