Med One Endocrinology

I have been going to Dr. Greyshock for over 10 years since being diagnosed with thyroid cancer and having my thyroid removed. I have always been treated with the utmost respect and consideration. However, I have always treated THEM with the utmost respect and consideration. As someone who works in healthcare, and understands how schedules work, from the first day I walked into the office I knew that Sonya was a treasure. She keeps that office running. For many years it was just her, checking in, checking out, and doing everything in between. The lady is tired, and has too many responsibilities and needed/needs actual, real help, which I'm thinking she has now. So I'm sorry if your feelings got hurt because there was a lady that was by herself running a very busy office, and not answering

If I could give minus 10, would be more precise. PA Christ Kelly should not be able to care for any human being. I got Dx w Graves, and because she is incompetent, her only plan was destroid my thyroid w the radioactive iodine, only bcs my WBC was low( genetically, not pathologically, which means totally different outcome). Thankfully, I am smart enough to seek a second opinion from a real MD in Raleigh, which started me with a low dose methimazole for 4 weeks, at first, then after blood work, that showed increased WBC, I am now taking the full dose, keeping my thyroid. Always, less invasive first, but apparently she doesn’t have the knowledge to do so. Stay away from this place!

From the minute I walked in, I fell in absolute love with this practice. Starting with the front desk staff, thank you for your kindness and patience as I was a new patient who may have had a few questions. To the nurse who took my vitals (it was her 3rd day, and she was INCREDIBLE already), and especially to Dr. Christ who made me feel so seen and comfortable, and answered and addressed all of my questions and concerns. Y’all, this is maybe the second review I’ve ever made… but everything about my experience there deserved the review. So so glad I made the switch! Also huge shoutout to the nurse that did my lab work the next day… you let me talk your ear off, and engaged with me the entire time, also making me feel comfortable and at ease. Five stars all day!

Went to get my FMLA paperwork signed and had to go back multiple times because of the rushing staff. They literally left page 2 of 3 blank. Then went back for my DOT form signed and it took more than 2 days just to get a form signed. Plus the front desk attitude. How many people have to complain about the rude lady at the front desk Sonya before something is done? Her attitude is running business away.

I have been calling several times a day the last couple of week with no answer. Have left message and no return call. I really like my doctor but there is always something be it having issues with getting meds/authorizations situated or calls not being answered or returned calls. I’ve Literally even had to come in person to get things taken care of and still not done correctly or taken care of.
