As an experienced medical provider myself, i noted that the Nurse Practitioner who treated my daughter was extremely unprofessional, and incompetent in regard to treating a medically simple scenario. She never introduced herself to me, interrupted me mid-sentence when I expressed my concerns about how she planned on treating my daughter's illness, and refused to consider other likely more efficacious options to treat my daughter that I recommended. She never reviewed my daughter's medical history, medication list, or allergies, and ultimately refused to engage in a civil conversation with a fellow medical provider to ensure the best treatment for a young patient. Thankfully I was able to prescribe the appropriate medication for my daughter that she absolutely refused to prescribe. Office

I can’t say enough good things about MedFirst EmeraldIsle. The girls up front are always welcoming, kind, and incredibly helpful from the moment you walk in. They truly make you feel cared for right away. Then when you walk back, the team taking vitals is just as welcoming and amazing as the girls up front. Dr. Daigle is outstanding — extremely attentive, and genuinely invested in my care every single visit. You never feel rushed, and he always takes the time to listen and explain everything clearly. I have been gong here for years. Hopefully, never again.Three of us in the waiting room for a half hour. No I one taken into test/examine. I was told I couldn't be seen today, too booked up.I only have a sore throat,ear, and fever. This is unacceptable. I've had enough of this.The 2 other people were still sitting there. Maybe they still are. Dr. Daigle, you, I thought, were better than this. I'll go to Swansboro from now on.
