Med Center 1

I've seen Dr. Smith for since 2016, I love the small office feel. Especially after having bad experiences with ECU Physician's. She really takes time with you. With other doctors I would leave thinking I forgot to mention this or that. But Dr. Smith is so thorough I never worry about that.

I have been to Med Center One a couple of times, and found Dr. Smith to be pleasant. However, in a recent visit, I came for a 5 minute procedure and was charged for services that I did not receive. When I challenged my bill, the staff said that there was "nothing they could do". When I expressed my frustration and requested to speak to the doctor directly, no one ever got back to me. Out of exasperation, I paid my bill and swore to myself I would never go back if that is how they treat their patients.

Dr. Teresa Smith is a very thorough doctor and spends lots of time with you. I feel like a real patient there and not just a number. I highly recommend her.

Dr. Smith is a very good Dr. It's some her employees that treats people WRONG!!! I think a lot of Dr. Smith. It's a shame some her employees lie...and treat you with NO respect!!!

This is a really great office, it is not an urgent care or walk in facility.
