Med Care Pharmacy

Always trying to make me pay out of pocket for medication covered by my child's insurance. This is the second time my child has been prescribed Pedialyte and Tylenol. The first time I paid and my child's insurance said I shouldn't be paying since those products are covered by them. Since I still had Pedialyte refills the pharmacy called me letting me know these were ready to pick up and that my child's insurance had called to resolve the issue. I went today again and the pharmacist told me these two products weren't covered. I explained I had this issue in the past and it was resolved but there was no one getting him out of the "It isn't covered". I asked for my prescription and left. Check with your insurance what is covered and what isn't if not they'll try to make you pay.

Winter Texan. I am impressed with this pharmacy and its employees. Years of dealing with the big box pharmacies have left me jaded and sad. Coming to Med Care Pharmacy has been great. Good communication and prescriptions are ready when promised. Support your local family business when you can.

Ladies in the front were extremely rude, the ladies were speaking about patients parents and other personal info very loudly , which is a hippa violation and then when I spoke up for myself and other patients in the lobby area the ladies had the audacity to ask me why I care or why it matters . Very rude and horrible service not going back

The medication was given to me within 10 minuets. The pharmacist was able to answer questions about my deductible better than my own insurance. Excellent!

People are rude when the Pharmacist is not present. No one smiles, and customer service is not there, calling themselves friendly is an overstatement and the owner needs to re evaluate its employees.
