Great customer service even being short staffed, the wait-time for walk-ins wasn’t too bad and the price for my DOT physical was the cheapest I could find and it was roughly $94. Once I got back in the back I was still treated with great customer service and was done and out of there in less than 20-ish minutes. Very professional and very kind and helpful I’ll definitely be coming back here when my Medical examination expires for sure.🤩🤩🤩🤩👍🏻👌🏻👏🏻

Only came in for an EKG. Didn’t need to see the doctor, just needed the print out for my other doctor. Waited an hour with only 1 other patient there. She had an ear clogged. Her husband said they have been there 2 hrs by that time. I watch the doctor and nurse go in and put meds in her ear and then set a timer for 10 minutes while they put their feet up and waited for the timer to go off so they could go flush the ladies ear out and put more meds in it. Set the timer again. After me being there an hour, the patient to husband asked them why they can’t take me back. Lady at the desk said only one doctor was on duty. I said, “ok, can’t they do the EKG on me while the timer is going for her?” They finally took me back. Did the EKG and asked if I needed to see the doctor. I let them Know I d

A long and fairly successful relationship, spanning the course of 3 years, has come to an end today. Under new ownership, the management of Med Care has declined into utter chaos. We cannot, in good faith, subject our team and future team members to their recklessness. While we wish them success, we will not be around to experience it.

The follow-up appointment [after placing Debrox (OTC) ear drops in ear for 2.5 days] was successful in flushing out the accumulated hardened earwax in one ear. The staff were helpful, friendly, courteous, and caring. It took two flushings to loosen the earwax and I was able to hear again. Thankful that it was earwax build-up and not more hearing loss. Highly recommend this facility.

Unfortunately, our recent experience working with them has not been great. We’ve had issues such as documents being sent upside down, getting locked out of emails, and being asked for information that was already clearly listed in the paperwork. Overall, the switchover has been disorganized and messy.
