Med-Aid Pharmacy

This has been my pharmacy for over 20 years! Though the owners have changed once, the place has always put people first. They will always do their best to help you in any situation.

I love Med Aid. Everyone is extremely helpful & welcoming. I had issues with the big chains (Walgreens, right aid) I came to Med Aid on recommendation of my Doctors office & never looked back. There extremely kind & always make you feel like a VIP in the pharmacy. At the big chains I was treated as if I was bothering them by going in & always having to wait hours for my prescription. At Med Aid they will have your prescription filled as fast as possible & still apologize for the wait. Definitely recommend best pharmacy in Sacramento & I drive from Woodland CA to come to Med Aid because I’m treating with kindness & compassion.

Worst customer service ever!!! I truly miss the new owners! The new people here are extremely rude and made me feel like a drug addict! They were telling me that my prescription was early, which it wasn’t. I had my doctor call it into a different pharmacy and it went through automatically. I was close to having a seizure and they did nothing to help. Update: Called 2/27/2024 kindly asking for the steps to file a complaint as suggested by my patient advocate. Was transferred to the pharmacist on staff and was courteous in the beginning, but never gave me any information on how to file. Instead just gave excuses. When I finally thought I was getting an answer after being on hold for the 4th time, she came back to tell me that she erased my profile at med-aid, which I was glad because I stop

The staff are so friendly and personable. I love going in there and they always address me by my name. They always go out of there way to make sure I have everything I need and even then they check again just to make sure. This pharmacy is so much better than all of the bigger pharmacies. And they are fast , Ive never had to wait longer than 10 minutes.

Staff is beyond friendly and immediately tries to know you on first name basis. I cannot say enough good things about this pharmacy. I've had plenty of prescriptions filled through multiple pharmacies, but the customer service I always receive here is unbeatable by any competition. I drive 45 mins out of my way to pick up my prescriptions but it is always worth it. Thank you so much for your wonderful service!
