Med Aid

The sign says.... WALK-INS WELCOME. So you walk in and the tint on (what I later learned was the receptionist window) the glass is so dark you don't even know they are open or not. After trying to read all the papers to see if there hours are posted someone finally opens a window. I ask are you open and she shakes her head no. So I ask what are your hours and she rudely says....WE DONT TAKE NO NEW PATIENTS.

This place is a joke. My husband sat there since 9:00 am till 2:00 pm without being told anything only to find out the drs and nurses left for a birthday party! He was never seen and lost a full day of work waiting to see ANYONE there. Then when I call to ask about why there is such a delay, the person anwering the phone doesnt even say Hello, Med Aid... they said.. Uhhhh Hello? Such a joke! he only went to this place because the dr had already treated him for the same illness and he thought he could quickly get a prescription refill.
