It’s unbelievably apparent how the majority of the office staff does not want to be there and how little they are willing to do to get you off the phone or out of the office. I hate to categorize everyone the same because the lady who sits in the front middle desk is always there to greet you with a smile and very helpful. Dr. Grier was also excellent every time we saw her, I have no complaints about her I ultimately switched my daughters pediatrician due to the office and nursing staff at this location. It seems as though they will hire just about anyone to work a position that does not require a medical degree. I finally decided even though we loved our pediatrician it wasn’t worth continuing to visit her at this office if we were going to run into a roadblock with every problem we had.

My daughters, ages 21, 16, and 12, have been patients of Dr. Reed since they were newborns (my 21 year old has since moved away to college). Dr. Reed has been so good to my kids and our whole family, calling personally to check on them when they were sick, never making us feel rushed, and just the epitome of a pediatrician. I have no idea why the person below added one star without an exclamation. I would recommend Pediatric Medical Center (especially Dr. Reed) to everyone who has a child.

Great service, from the receptionist, to the nurse to the doctor...loved it...so glad I chose this place for my kids. Dr. Flechas is a sweet lady and know how to get kid's trust.

Always a fast appointment. Very thorough.
